The location, orientation, orography, continental microclimate, and the excellence of thermal currents have turned the Valley of Abdalajís into an ideal place for practicing this sport.
If you are a lover of free flight, without a doubt, this is your place.

CANYONING
If you enjoy canyoning, the canyons in the province of Malaga offer a wide variety:
There are dry canyons in the summer that are still exciting, such as Garganta Verde in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, and others like Río Grande in the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, very close to Posada Los Cántaros, which have flowing water.
Others are known for their long calm pools, such as the Cañón de Las Buitreras in the Los Alcornocales Natural Park.
Just imagine how remarkable these places must be for some of them to be protected!

KAYAKING
This is a 7 km descent along the Guadiaro River, through a lush forest and flanked by the high limestone mountains of the Grazalema Natural Park, with fun rapids, wave trains, jumps...
The Guadiaro River is probably one of the most fun in southern Spain.
The descent is done with self-bailing single kayaks, very stable and which do not sink or trap us even if we capsize.
Don't let them tell you about it...
live your own experience.

FERRATA TRAILS & CLIMBING
Ferrata routes offer a safe opportunity to explore places that are difficult to access for hikers.
They allow for both vertical and horizontal itineraries along rock walls without requiring any climbing knowledge, using steel steps attached to the wall and always secured to a safety cable.
Various types of itineraries are available, featuring different "challenges" that will raise your adrenaline: a Tibetan bridge, a monkey bridge, a zip line...
Are you going to let others tell you about it?

SPELEOLOGY
The Cave of La Tinaja is spectacular both for its formations and for its location: the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park.
The speleology activity we carry out in it includes certified guides, civil liability insurance, assistance insurance, permits, helmet, headlamp, first aid kit, and photographic report.
You just need to bring boots or sports shoes, comfortable and spare clothing, as we always get muddy in caves, and a lot of desire to have fun in an impressive underground world!
